I have created a new issue but it wont save, what should I do?

If you are experiencing problems when saving an issue then this could be because the server is busy and the page has timed out. Check that you can still connect to the fixx instance/server and check network connectivity.

I have reset my password but I have not received an email with my new password, what should I do?

If you have entered the correct email address then it could be that it has not been entered correctly in fixx. If you have not received an email with your new password after 24 hours of resetting it, then there could be an issue related to the SMTP settings in fixx. If you do not have access to these settings then please contact your administrator, where they can go to the 'General Settings' area in the 'Administraion' section of fixx to review and amend these. Alternatively they can reset your password by accessing your profile in fixx.
