These settings are all amendable from fixx once it has been configured.
1. Setup your fixx installation
This section of the setup asks for details about fixx and the type of installation you would like.
- Enter an email address for the administrator.
- Select from the two options the type of installation you would like for fixx. The options are:
Private - This means users need an account created by an administrator.
Public - This means anyone can browse the system and sign up for an account to create issues.
- Enter a title for fixx.
2. License Details
This section requires details for the licensing of fixx. There are two types of licenses for fixx. The options are:
Single user - This means a single user license.
Commercial - This means multiple users license.
- There is a check box which asks if you want to use fixx for free as a single user, if this is correct then select it.
- Otherwise you will need to supply a license file for fixx.
To get this you need to buy the license file by going to the shop and buying a Commercial license. You will then be e-mailed your license file.
- The server key has already been created so you do not need to amend this.
3. Email settings
This section requires details about your email settings.
- Enter your 'SMTP Host' and 'SMTP Port'.
- Enter your 'SMTP Username' and 'SMTP Password'
- Finally, enter a 'Default address'.
Now that the setup account form has been completed, click on the 'setup' button.
4. Setup complete
A new screen will appear with a login section. This has already been filled in for you.
Please note that your fixx login details will be the following:
Username: administrator
Password: password
Now click on the login button. You will now be presented with the fixx dashboard.
