Hi Beth,
Filters are dynamic, if you have a Filter A which lists all open issues in Project B, adding an issue to Project B will cause that issue to show in Filter A.

so how to I add the ticket that is already added to a project to show in the filter?

Hi Beth,
Tickets are automatically added to filters. You cannot manually add a ticket to a filter. If the filter does not automatically update to show the ticket, then that ticket does not fall within the rules that you set on the filter.
For instance, if I had two filters, one to show all tickets in Project A, in version 1, and one to show all tickets in Project A, in version 2, and added a new ticket in Project A, in version 2, the version 2 filter would automatically update to show that ticket.
Hope this clears this up for you.
