    Hi Beth,

Your filter may include rules to only show "open" issues. Can you check to make sure your filter does not specify only "Open" issues?

You can also explicitly tell your filter to bring back all issues, by adding a filter rule for "Status" and setting it to "All".

    Regards,
    Craig

Unfortunately you can not check the details of a filter if you have given your filter a title. This is a limitation of our interface, and we plan to improve this filtering interface in our next version.

To remove the title from a filter to see what the filter contains, you can remove the &qTitle=Name from the URL of the filter. This will remove the title, and show some descriptive text about the filter. For instance - "Filtered by open issues in project(s) fixx assigned to Craig Tweedy. Sorted by descending Priority".

We created filters to react to "quick" lists. Filters were created to be disposable, and as such, we intended them to be quickly created, and then thrown away when not needed. Due to customer needs, we are planning on improving this interface to react to any criteria, and to be fully usable and editable.
