Adding comment

When i am trying to add comment like
"1. test

1. test issue > test -> test issue > test
   "

i am getting "test" comment as result.

Sometimes the same problem appears to adding new issues

   Hi Oleksandr,

   This issue is in regards to the rich text editor and the rules we use in text boxes, to make sure people do not post HTML tags that would damage the page layout and make it unusable, or abuse the HTML functionality in any other way.

   When you use a < or a >, currently the code interprets those as "there was HTML here" and performs some clean-up, in this case, accidentally removing some of your text.

   I've logged an issue for this to refine this functionality, so that this will not occur anymore.
